Vo l. 49 No. 11 武汉体育学院学报 第 49 卷第 11 期 lournal o[ Wuhan 1nstitute of Physical Education Nov.2015 2015 年 11 月 业态自治与自制:美国残疾人体育服务人才培养与启示 刘洋l ，陶玉流2 (1.杭州师范大学体育与健康学院，浙江杭州 310036; 2. 苏州大学体育学院，江苏苏州i 215021) 摘 要:通过对美国的适应体育教育培养标准体系和融合体育体适能训练师培养标准体系进行深入分析， 对当代美国残疾人培养体系的特征、特点进行多元探讨，发现当代美国的残疾人体育服务人才培养以扎实 的高等教育为基础，以社会组织、行业组织共同设置的专业资质、资格认定为专业导向，在学校教育、职业教 育、职后教育协调发展下，形成了具有现代残疾观指导下的残疾人体育专业服务人才培养结构。权威的、 高质量的行业协会不仅能够有效承担其培训11 、认证的组织工作，而且通过与政府部门协作，更能发挥其行 业专业指导影响力，从而有效的对相关证书、资质授予进行论证、实践。美国的残疾人体育服务人才培养 体系的行业资质认定以及专业证书授予都是我们今后残疾人体育发展可以借鉴的经验。 关键词:残疾人体育;适应体育教育标准;融合体育体能训练师 中图分类号:G81 1. 4 文献标识码:A 文章编号: 1000-520X(2015) 11-001 1-07 Systems of Modern Development of Professionals in Physical Activity Service for People with Disabilities in America LIU Ya口gl ， TAO Yu Liu2 C1.
