混凝土搅拌站的带式输送机的设计【毕业论文+CAD图纸全套】.doc

摘要 本次毕业设计是关于混凝土搅拌站的带式输送机的设计。首先对混凝土搅拌站作了简单的概述，发展历程和现状，以及发展方向。然后对输送机作了简单的概述。普通的输送机是由六个不同的部分组成的，主要是皮带、托辊、电滚筒和改向滚筒、张紧装置、头部清扫和空段清扫装置、机架等。接着，分析了带式输送机的各个零部件的选择的作用，根据工作要求、设计的准则和计算得出的参数等数据，选择输送机的部件不同的种类，以及最后对所选择的输送机各主要零部件进行了计算和校核。校验合格后，最后简单的说明了带式输送机目前存在的一些容易出现的故障和问题。目前，我国带式输送机正在蓬勃发展，但是在输送机的设计、制造以及应用方面，我国与国外先进国家的水平仍然有较大差距，我国在设计、制造方面仍然有很大的进步空间。 关键词：混凝土搅拌站；带式输送机；部件选型；计算校核 Abstract This graduation design is the design of the concrete mixing station of the belt conveyor.
