“低碳经济”综合评价模型和碳排放影响因子模型的构建分析 曾小春，张咪咪 福州大学管理学院，福建福州 摘 要：分析低碳经济特点，构建评价指标体系框架，运用因子分析法，建立评价各地 区低碳经济发展状况的综合评价模型，比较各地区低碳经济发展状况的差异。然后引入 了城镇化率、15-64 岁人口占总人口比重、经济因子的平方，扩展低碳经济综合评价模 型，采用方差扩大因子判断多重共线性是否存在，用岭回归程序消除多重共线性，接着 进行回归拟合，得到碳排放影响因子模型，分析人口和低碳经济对我国碳排放的影响。 最后基于各地区在低碳经济增长和碳排放上的差别，对各地区制定低碳经济发展政策、 控制碳排放量提出政策建议。 关键词：低碳经济；碳排放；因子分析；人口；回归拟合 Low carbon economy comprehensive evaluation model and carbon emissions impact factor models analysis Abstract: analysis of low carbon economic characteristics, constructing evaluation index system framework, using the factor analysis method, establish the evaluation of regional economic development situation of low carbon, the comprehensive evaluation model, and compare various regions low-carbon economy development condition of the differences.
