Shandong Electric Power Dispatching Center, Jinan 250001, Shandong Province, China) ABSTRACT: At present, smart substations have begun to be constructed and put into operation on a large-scale in the domestic grid. The standardization of secondary devices and its debugging and operation of intelligent substation needs to be improved greatly. Specification needs to be perfect further for smart substation, including the prepare standards before acceptance, the debugging and acceptance standards of secondary equipment, the whole process control of SCD file and soft plate management of relay protection. The intelligent renovation project about on-site debugging and acceptance of secondary devices is introduced in Nanjing Road 220 kV substation. Some problems are found out. The exploration experience about standardization of smart substation relay protection and standardized management for the configuration of secondary system in smart substation are proposed.
