安徽建筑大学 毕业设计（论文） 课题名称：安徽省某铁路综合办公楼建筑 给水排水工程设计 专 业：水务工程 2013年06月15日 摘 要 本次设计课题为安徽省某铁路综合办公楼建筑给水排水工程设计，该建筑按一类高层办公楼设计，给排水设计及消防要求较高。 该建筑层地上十七层，地下一层，建筑总高度为63.9米。需设计生活给水系统、消火栓消防给水系统、自动喷水灭火给水系统、生活排水系统、屋面雨水排水系统。 建筑生活给水系统：2F～4F由室外市政管网直接供水，为低区；5F～11F为中区,12F～17F为高区，均采用变频泵供水。 建筑排水系统采用的是污、废合流制，排水立管设专用通气管，污水经排水管排至检查井后进入化粪池进行处理，再排到市政污水管网。 建筑消火栓供水系统不分区，在地下室设置两台消火栓泵，一用一备，直接加压供水，部分消火栓栓口压力过大，设减压孔板减压。 建筑自动喷水系统采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统，在地下泵房内设置两台喷淋泵，一用一备，发生火灾时由喷淋泵加压供水。 建筑采用内排水系统，雨水直接排入市政管网。高层建筑屋面雨水排水按重力流设计，排水量按3年重现期雨水量计算。 关键词： 给水系统；排水系统；消火栓消防给水系统；自动喷淋灭火系统；雨水排水系统 ABSTRACT The design of the topic is about a professional activity in Anhui Province Centre Complex water supply and drainage design, The building is in the risk of Ⅰ-class building, drainage design and fire demanding. Eighth floor of the building on the ground ,and one of building under ground ,the building total height of 63.9 meters. Design life required water supply system, fire hydrant water supply system, water sprinkler system, life drainage system, roof drainage systems. Building water supply system of life: the lower zone is 2F ～4F ,and the outdoor municipal pipe network directly water supply; 5F ～11F for the Central District, 12F ～17F for the high zone. Building drainage system is used in sewage, waste Combined, drainage stack set the dedicated snorkel, Effluent through the drain Row to the inspection well,and Into the septic tank for treatment，then discharged to municipal sewage pipeline network. Building fire hydrant water supply system is not partitioned, Set of two hydrant pump in the basement, one with a prepared, Direct pressurized water supply, some of fire hydrant plug port pressure,set orifice decompression to decompression. Building automatic sprinkler system uses wet sprinkler system, set up two spray pump in underground pump room, one with a prepared, Fire direct pressure by the pressurized water pump. Building with the drainage system, rainwater directly
