After 1 years of inoculation, the titer of antibody was 126 + 1.18mIU/ml in group I and 224 in group II (p0.01) in 1.37mIU/ml (1.08mIU/ml). [Conclusion] according to the 0, 1 and 6 month vaccination procedures, 20 g recombinant yeast hepatitis B vaccine can be obtained each time in the diet and public places.
