Xxx公司销售物流管理问题研究 摘 要 lzfgs是中石油下属全资子公司xbs公司的地区分公司，是专门承担cn兰州地区统销化工产品的销售与物流服务的企业，公司背靠cn的优质资源，物流工作取得了一些成绩，但是随着国内外化工产品的市场变化以及lzsh公司产能的不断发展，xbslzf正处在瞬息万变的市场环境中，物流管理现状恐难适应未来企业产能增长、市场销量增加的新要求。 本论文通过对销售物流相关理论的研究，深入剖析了xbslzf物流管理的现状，分析了xbslzf销售物流管理中存在的问题，结合相关理论制定提升物流管理水平的对策，力求解决产能增长、销量增加与储能不足、运力不够的矛盾，真正实现公司提高销售物流服务水平，扩大市场占有率，降低物流成本，提高物流效率的目的。从而为相关企业以及xbs公司其它地区公司与石化企业间搞好销售物流提供参考与建议。 关键词：xbslzf，销售物流，管理，对策 The northwest chemicals and marketing company of lanzhou branch about physical distribution management problems research Abstract The Chinese petroleum northwest chemical industry sells the LanZhou subsidiary company is the petroleum subordinate capitalization subsidiary company northwest chemical industry sale company`s local subsidiary company , was dedicated commitment to marketing in LanZhou china petroleum and chemical products sales and logistics services business, the company backs on the Chinese petroleum the high quality resources, the physical distribution work has made some progresses ,but produced along with the domestic and foreign product of chemical industry`s market shift as well as the LanZhou petrochemical company products the unceasing development , the northwest chemical industry sold the LanZhou subsidiary company to occupy in the fast changing market environment , the physical distribution management present situation will fear difficult to adapt business immovable property to be able to grow the new request which in the future , the market sales volume increased. The present paper ,through the sale of logistics related theories, depth analysis of the Lanzhou branch of northwest sales chemical sales logistics management problems, with related theoretical development of logistics management level measures to try to resolve capacity growth, increased sales and storage shortage, the contradiction is not enough capacity, the real level of logistics services, companies to increase sales, expand market share, reduce logistics costs and improve logistics effic
