中 文 摘 要 防水工程是建筑工程的重要组成部分直接关系到建筑物的使用寿命直接影响人民生产活动和生活的正常进行通过施工经验施工前的准备工作，施工过程的质量控制，防水施工的重点项目以及质量检查等问题结合理论，从基层、防水材料以及防部位等方面，对防水工程的实施提出建设性意见。要保证防水工程的质量，设计是前提，施工是关键，还要选择合适的防水研究建筑工程的防水技术，对提高建筑工程质量意义重大。Abstract Waterproof project is an important part of construction engineering, construction quality directly related to the life of the building, directly affect peoples production activities and life of the normal, the construction of waterproof technology is more important to the construction of the entire building. This article through to our country building waterproof material present situation analysis, through the relevant information and construction experience, summed up the building waterproof construction preparation work, waterproof construction process of quality control, waterproof construction of key projects and quality inspection and other issues.
