JASCON 4 OUTFITTING WITH G.A. PLAN ATTACHED General Description of Accommodation outfitting The vessel is of a all welded steel construction with the accommodation located in the main, forecastle and under the main decks. The main hull is to be divided by six (6) transverse WT bulkheads into the following compartments:  1) Forepeak seawater ballast tank 2) Bow Thruster Compartment and FWD stores. 3) Underdeck crew accommodation with F.W. tanks cofferdams. 4) F.O. Deep Tanks, PS 5) Engine room with Fuel oil wing
