Since the 18th NPC(National People’s Congress), the anti-corruption determination of the new leading collective of Central Committee is obvious. Cross the country, there are many dignitaries of provinces have been recalled, involved in Guangdong, Chongqing, Heilongjiang, Sichuan and so on, and some of them are departmental level cadres. Once reported by media -- network (mainly micro-blog), all levels of government will handle it with amazing speed. But at the time when the whole community’s cheering is continuingly rising, whether should we reflect what our institution, discipline inspection commission, bureau of corruption prevention and anti-corruption and other institution mechanism have done? Whether an abnormal network anti-corruption form can be used as a drawing sword? Whether the universal snooping privacy-broke the news acts of corruption should be supported? Based on this background, let’s discuss the way to reduce corruption. Ⅰ.Power When it comes to power corruption, we should determine a simple definition of power firstly. A kind of alienation mechanism naturally exists in power, the interchangeability and inequality, and may be able to add value make it possibly abused. Power corruption is the extreme manifestation of alienation of the power[1]. Power is the prevalence of human society as a cultural phenomenon. Power is the ability to make other people obey under a kind of pressure produced through a particular subject to impose his will on another. And the characteristics of power mainly for four: (1) power occurs based on the existence of human and will, and exists in human communication activities; (2) power is a kind of external type ability of subject, it cannot transformed into functional genetic in any ways; (3) power can exchanged; (4) power is unequal.
