Abstract Objective: Study the perioperative changes of serum sCD36 and sLR11 level in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCAB),and compare with the changes of cardiac markers in same time,such as creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH) and cardiac troponin I (cTnI). Explore whether they can become potential indicators for diagnose and forecast the perioperative myocardial injury.we hope to find new warning biomarkers of cardiac injury with the aim to accelerate the early diagnosis，early intervention for heart injury ． Methods: We adopt 30 patients undergoing OPCAB in cardiothoracic surgery,from Mar 2013 to Jul 2013 in First Affiliated Hospital of Shi Hezi University. Record their general situation. Serum CK, CK-MB,LDH,HBDH,cTnI, sCD36 and sLR11 were measured before operation, immediately after Vascular anastomosis, and 2h,7h,1day,3days ,5days after operation. Selected 18 cases as a healthy control group, measured serum sCD36 and sLR11 in same way. Experimental data are presented as mean ± standard deviationwe, analyzed the date by software of SPASS 13.0.,P 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The median value of cardiac markers were all in normal range before operation,and increased significantly immediately after it. cTnI、CK-MB and CK increased in the process of operation, reached the highest level 1day,, CK-MB dropped normal range 3days, CTnI, CK were still higher after 5 day
