盐酸胺碘酮治疗冠心病室性心律失常临床效果探析 　　【摘要】 目的 研究?}酸胺碘酮治疗冠心病室性心律失常的临床效果。方法 100例冠心病室性心律失常患者， 随机分为观察组和对照组， 每组50例。观察组给予盐酸胺碘酮治疗， 对照组给予常规治疗， 对两组的临床效果、心功能变化指标和不良反应进行比较。结果 治疗后， 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.00%， 明显高于对照组的82.00%， 比较差异具有统计学意义（χ2=5.0051， P0.05）， 治疗后两组患者的心功能指标均较治疗前改善， 且观察组患者各项指标水平明显优于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对冠心病室性心律失常的患者采用盐酸胺碘酮治疗， 能够减少室性心律失常的发生， 改善患者心功能， 值得临床推广 【关键词】 盐酸胺碘酮；冠心病；室性心律失常；临床效果 DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.03.045 Analysis of clinical effect by amiodarone hydrochloride in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias in coronary heart disease CHEN A-di. Methods A total of patients with ventricular arrhythmias in coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 50 cases in each group. The observation group received amiodarone hydrochloride for treatment， and the control group received conventional therapy. Comparison was made on clinical effects， parameters of cardiac function changes， and adverse reactions between the two groups. Results After treatment， the observation group had obviously higher total effective rate in treatment as 96.00% than 82.00% in the control group， and the difference had statisticl significance between the two groups （χ2=5.0051， P0.05）. After treatment， both groups had improved parameters of cardiac function， and the observation group had obviously better parameters than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of amiodarone hydrochloride in treating ventricular arrhythmias in coronary heart disease patients can reduce occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias and improve cardiac function in patients.
