骨原发骨肉瘤新辅助化疗疗效相关因素线性回归分析 【摘要】目的：探讨与分析骨原发骨肉瘤新辅助化疗疗效相关因素线性回归关系。方法：总结60例进行新辅助化疗的骨原发骨肉瘤患者资料，统计化疗后患者的TCNR，分别通过单因素相关性分析和多因素回归分析探讨年龄、性别、化疗方案、化疗前后LDH与AKP等因素对TCNR的影响。结果：37例（61.7%）患者治疗后TCNR90%，单因素相关分析结果表明：性别、病变部位与TCNR无相关性；而化疗方案与TCNR显著性相关；肿瘤大小、化疗后AKP值与TCNR表现低相关性。多因素回归分析得到的回归方程为y=12.304-0.021X1-0.029X2+3.62X3（肿瘤大小、化疗后AKP值、化疗方案）。结论：患者肿瘤大小、化疗方案的选择和化疗后AKP值是影响疗效的最主要的因素，而肿瘤大小和化疗后AKP值是影响化疗的危险因素。 【关键词】骨原发骨肉瘤，新辅助化疗，相关因素，线性回归 Primary bone neoadjuvant chemotherapy for osteosarcoma related factors of linear regression analysis [Abstract] Objective: To investigate and analysis of primary bone osteosarcoma neoadjuvant chemotherapy linear correlation factors regression relationship. Method: summarizing 60 cases of new adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with osteosarcoma of bone primary data, TCNR patients after chemotherapy respectively through statistics, correlation analysis of single factor and multiple factor regression analysis on age, sex, before and after chemotherapy, chemotherapy with LDH and AKP and other factors on the impact of TCNR. Results: 37 cases (61.7%) patients after TCNR90% treatment, the results of single factor correlation analysis showed that: there is no significant correlation between gender, lesion location and TCNR; chemotherapy regimen and TCNR significant correlation; the low correlation between TCNR and tumor size, AKP value after chemotherapy. Multiple regression analysis regression equation is y=12.304-0.021X1-0.029X2+3.62X3 (tumor size, AKP value, after chemotherapy regimen).
