摘 要 摘 要 近年来，我国新闻评论界出现了一种有违常规的现象，这就是新闻时评异地监督。 新闻事件发生于甲地，相关的时评作品理应发表在甲地媒体，然而事实却恰恰相反，而 是甲地的靶子要从乙地借箭，乙地首发针对甲地的新闻时评。同理，乙地的柿子也只能 让丙、丁、庚、辛等地来捏拿。通俗地说，这种现象被称之为“灯下黑”、“种他人之田， 荒自家之地”和“横扫千里瓦上霜，不铲自家门前雪”。 本文借鉴新闻传播学、政治学等相关学科的理论，从舆论监督功能和我国新闻管 理体制等层面出发，对新闻时评异地监督的定义、功能、勃兴原因和利弊展开研究，并 从优化舆论监督环境、改进时评生产机制、转变思想观念、提高作者素质、创新写作模 式，以及编辑选题应该秉承的原则等方面，提出一些优化新闻时评异地监督的策略和方 法，还对新闻时评如何实现本地监督常态化问题提出了一些建设性的意见和建议。 关键词 新闻时评 异地监督 优化策略 I Abstract Abstract Critics of Chinas press and a contrary to the conventional phenomenon in recent years, which is off-site supervision of the news commentary.
