A new m osaic m ethod for th is sort of SAR sequential mi agery is presented. F irstly, the flight inform ation of the plane and geographical coordinates of several feature points in SAR mi ages are used to conduct a rough m atch. And then, a detailed approach based on rem arkable linear features extracted in adjacent areas of two mi ages is used to determ ine the corresponding pos itions of two mi ages, wh ich can subtlym osaic the sequential mi ages. F inally, the gray levels betw een two stitched mi ages are fused to elmi inate the rem arkab le seam.
