Several Characters on Jurisdiction of International Administrative Tribunals

Abstract :International administrative tribunals are the “courts ”to judge the staff cases of international or-
ganizations． Comparing with other international judicial organs ，international administrative tribunals have their
special practices in jurisdiction． Our study will focus on these practices and reveal that the jurisdiction of interna-
tional tribunals is limited ，automatic and mandatory．
