摘要 在促进区域产业结构升级的过程中，体育产业发挥着越来越重要的作用。 国际大都市纷纷通过发展体育产业，如举办大型体育赛事，创办知名职业体育 俱乐部等方式带动相关产业的发展，促进就业，拉动消费，改善投资环境，促 进城市经济发展，进而提升城市的整体竞争力。 本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、调查法、以及数理法针对区域体育产业问 题进行研究，以竞争力相关理论为基础，结合南山区体育产业实际，城市体育 产业自身的实际情况和特点；对当地体育产业发展现状进行了详细的摸底，分 析了深圳市南山区当前体育产业现状中存在的问题；针对实际情况情况，提出 了效仿高尔夫产业走产业集群化道路的发展建议。 本文通过对南山区体育类企业的详细调研，将体育类企业在不同的业务层 次进行了分类，并分析其在产业结构中所产生的作用。从企业规模、企业产品 及其品牌竞争力、管理和经营效益、服务创新、企业结构及制度建设等几个方 面对企业竞争力进行了阐述。之后以南山区高尔夫产业集群为例阐述了走高端 服务业产业集群道路是提升南山区体育产业的有效道路。此外，本文对不同区 域体育产业构成特点进行了分析和归纳。最后若干发展南山区体育产业的具体 建议，以期对南山区体育产业未来的发展有所帮助。 关键词：深圳市南山区；体育产业；高尔夫；产业集群 I ABSTRACT 0n the promotion of regional industrial structure upgrade process, the sports industry is playing an increasingly important role.
