Characteristics of national weather and climate in summer of 2011 This summer (June -8 months), Chinas rainfall is less than the same period of the year, the temperature is higher than the same period of the year. Among them, the high temperature in June, precipitation is too much, in July and August high temperature, less rainfall. In June -8, the national average temperature was 21.3 degrees Celsius, which was 0.8 degrees higher than that of the same period of the year (20.5 Celsius). Most of Xinjiang, the greater part of Gansu, the greater part of Inner Mongolia, the northwest of Qinghai, the greater part of Fujian, the eastern part of Zhejiang, the northern part of Guangxi, the northwest of Guizhou and the southern part of Chongqing are 1~2 degrees high, and the rest of them are close to the same period of the year.
