射击运动员协调能力及技能共轭完善 　　摘 要：研究目的：??验证明射击运动员的发射技术与专项协调能力共轭完善计划的有效性。在教学-训练班中训练的14～17岁的运动员参加了实验，运动技术等级在ВП-4单项（气步枪40发）中不低于二级。射击运动员被分为对照组和实验组。实验组按照作者编制的在准备期中共轭发展协调能力和技术训练计划进行训练。实验研究揭示了在共轭发展运动员的协调素质的条件下提高技术水平的必要性。实弹射击项目中的技术训练目标取决于运动员掌握枪的技能和发射技术细节（准备姿势、呼吸、瞄准和扣动扳机的掌握程度）。实弹射击技术在很大程度上取决于专项协调能力：“肌肉-关节感觉”“时间感觉”“空间感觉”，所以在射击运动员的训练中发射技术与专项协调能力的共轭完善具有很大的意义 关键词：实弹射击；技术训练；专项协调能力；技术训练程度 中图分类号：G 80-05 文章编号：1009-783X（2017）03-0193-03 文献标识码：A Abstract： The purpose of this study is to prove the effectiveness of the conjugate technique of shooting athletes and the special coordination ability. 14-17 year old athletes in the teaching-training class participated in the experiment， the movement technical level.
