It belongs to the zither(齐特琴) family of string instrument. The modern-day guzheng is a plucked, half-tube zither with movable bridges and 21 strings, although it can have anywhere from 15 to 25 strings. Two broad playing styles can be identified as Northern and Southern, although many traditional regional styles still exist. Techniques of playing the guzheng can create sounds that can evoke(唤起) the sense of a cascading waterfall, thunder and even the scenic countryside. Magical Power! Oboe, a slender woodwind instrument with a conical bore and a double reed mouthpiece, having a range of three octaves and a penetrating, poignant sound. Whistle, tube and key make up the oboe.
