中国互联网络信息中心 CN域名交易服务规则(国外英语资料) Article 1 in order to standardize the behavior of domain name transactions and safeguard the lawful rights and interests of users, the rules of this transaction shall be formulated in accordance with the measures for the administration of Internet domain names in China. Article 2 the meanings of the following terms in this rule are: (1) domain name : registered management by the China Internet network information center and the Internet domain name for the analytic service; (2) the domain name transaction management institution : China Internet network information center, its duty is responsible for running and managing domain name trading systems, domain name trading central database maintenance, trading service agencies to provide authentication domain name trading services; (3) domain name registration administration : China Internet network information center, which undertakes the operation, maintenance and management of top-level domain name system; (4) domain name registration service : refers to the organization that accepts the application for domain name registration and completes the registration of the domain name in the top-level domain database.
