毕业论文（调研报告） 题目：企业成本管理情况调研报告—以公诚监理有限公司为例 学生姓名：区丽霞 学 号：1004042133 专业班级: B10会计学3班 指导教师：刘明飞 学 院: 财经学院 2014年 5月 企业成本管理情况调研报告—以公诚监理有限公司为例 摘 要 管理是企业永恒的主题。在市场经济条件下，企业所面临的外部和内部环境都发生了根本的变化，传统的管理越来越不能适应新形势的需要。企业为了能在激烈的市场竞争中，获得更高的经济效益，就必须降低成本，加强成本管理，才能在竞争中处于有利地位。我国中小型企业在传统的经营模式的影响下，存在成本意识淡薄、观念落后等等的弊端，因此通过成本管理研究用发展的眼光、创新的思路，有效的提高企业成本核算水平和成本信息的准确性，提高企业的经营管理水平，分析出企业在管理方面的问题和不足，提出建议加以改善，从而有效提高企业员工成本意识，提高企业经济效益。本文通过收集和整理公诚监理公司的财务和运营状况，对公司的成本管理状况进行了SWOT分析，并提出了基于SWOT分析的战略策略：SO策略、WO策略、ST策略和WT策略。 关键词:成本管理；企业；公诚监理有限公司；SWOT分析法；案例 标题不规范；论点与论据关联度低，未结合被调研单位实际；重点不突出。 THE RESEARCH OF COST MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE — TO THE “GONG CHENG JIAN LI” CORPORATION AS AN EXAMPLE ABSTACT Management is enterprise an eternal theme.
