广西自然科学基金项目管理办法 第一章 总则 第一条　为贯彻落实《广西壮族自治区中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006-2020年）》，规范和加强广西自然科学基金项目管理，制定本办法。 第二条 广西自然科学基金项目（以下简称“自然基金项目”），是根据广西科技发展规划和经济社会发展需要，由广西壮族自治区科学技术厅（以下简称“自治区科技厅”）组织，以广西自然科学基金资助为主的自然科学基础研究（含应用基础研究）项目。 第三条 自然基金项目的宗旨是：贯彻国家科学技术方针、政策，加强广西自然科学基础研究工作，推动原始性创新；发现、培养高水平研究人才和研究团队，吸引留学回国人员服务广西，稳定基础研究队伍，增强科技创新能力，促进广西科学技术进步与经济社会可持续发展。 第四条　自然基金项目重点支持以下方面的研究工作： （一）具有重要科学价值和重大应用前景的创新性基础研究； （二）有利于学科交叉，促进新兴学科、新兴技术与高技术产业的形成和发展的基础研究； （三）促进科技创新人才和研究团队培养，推动广西优势提出科学基金优先资助领域和重点研究方向指导科技人员申请 Ellipticity of elbow pipes with diameters less than or equal to 150 mm must be not greater than 8% diameter of 200 mm or less shall not be greater than 6%.
