甲氨蝶呤联合牛皮癣膏药外敷在牛皮癣患者中应用效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的 观察甲氨蝶呤联合牛皮癣膏药在牛皮癣患者中的临床治疗效果及安全性。方法 90例牛皮癣患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 每组45例。对照组单一口服甲氨蝶呤治疗， 观察组在对照组基础上联合牛皮癣膏药治疗。比较两组临床疗效及药物安全性。结果 观察组治疗后2、4、6周银屑病面积与严重性指数（PASI）评分[（18.3±12.4）、（12.1±7.5）、（5.3±3.6）分]低于对照组[（24.3±13.2）、（19.4±8.7）、（7.4±3.8）分]， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 牛皮癣患者在甲氨蝶呤基础上联合牛皮癣膏药治疗效果理想， 药物安全性较高， 值得推广应用 【关键词】 甲氨蝶呤；牛皮癣膏药；牛皮癣；治疗效果；安全性 DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.33.016 Observation of application effect by methotrexate combined wtih psoriasis plaster through external application in psoriasis patients ZHANG Liang-jie， XING Ji-xia. Methods A total of 90 psoriasis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 45 cases in each group. The control group received single methotrexate by oral administration for treatment， and the observation group received additional psoriasis plaster for combined treatment. Clinical effects and drug safety were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had lower psoriasis area and severity index （PASI） scores in 2 ， 4 and 6 weeks after treatment [（18.3±12.4）， （12.1±7.5）， （5.3±3.6） points] than the control group [（24.3±13.2）， （19.4±8.7）， （7.4±3.8） points]， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Combination of methotrexate and psoriasis plaster shows ideal curative effect for psoriasis patients， along with high drug safety.
