摘 要 随着制造业的发展，高速度、高效率、高精度和高刚度已经成为当今机床发展的主要方向。为了满足当前机床市场的需要，铣床已经成为了当今机械行业一个重要的发展趋势，特别是在工业制造，加工过程中有着举足轻重的地位。 对X62型铣床进给箱的设计主要是完成对进给箱中各传动件和控制件的结构设计和分析。该铣床进给箱是靠齿轮进行传动的。传动系统采用齿轮传动，变速系统采用多联滑移齿轮变速。本次设计的进给箱能实现多种进给速度，同时实现生产中的快速后退运动。本次设计主要内容包括：运动方案的设计、动力分析计算及校核、结构工程图的设计，以及对操纵机构的设计等内容。 关键词：X62 进给箱 齿轮 Abstract With the development of the manufacturing sector, high-speed, high efficiency, high precision and high rigidity has become the main direction of development of todays machines.
