T he experiment l result show s th t the m x imum nonline r error of the tr nsducer is w hining 0. 5% nd the ch r cteristic is line r well. Proved the compens tion circuit of detecting coil nd demodul t ion by test, curve of the t emper ture nd volt ge of detecting coil out put is chieved. Contr sting the curves w ith nd w ithout compens tion, the temper ture drift less t h n 10% . It h s good effic cy nd gre t v lue in popul rizing .
