• 54 • 西南国防医药2016 年 1 月第26 卷第 1 期 左旋维C 导入治疗色素性化妆晶皮炎的临床效果观察 钱康，吴涛 [摘要] 目的观察左旋维C 导入法介入治疗色素性化妆品皮炎的临床效果。方法将2014-2015 年就诊于本中心门诊 的 80 例色素性化妆品皮炎患者分两组，各40 例，熊果戒组用熊果试乳膏外捺治疗，联合组用左旋维C 导人法配合熊果试乳膏 治疗。治疗6w，观察比较两组每周治疗效果。结果治疗后，两组色斑面积治疗的有效率都持续升高;在治疗第5 、6w，联合组 显效率均高于熊果戒组(P 0.05) 。治疗后，两组色斑颜色治疗好转率都持续升高;在治疗第 6w，联合组好转率高于熊果戒组 (P 0.05) 。结论左旋维C 导人治疗色素性化妆品皮炎，可以提高熊果戒乳膏的治疗效果，对色斑颜色和癫痕大小的消退都 起到了很好的促进作用，有较高的临床价值。 [关键调]色素:化妆品皮炎;左旋维 C; 导人法:熊果试乳膏 申圄分提号 R 758.22 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1饥民。188(2016)01-朋钊3 doi: 1O.3969/j.is皿1刷-0188.2016.01.019 创帽，画幅幅cliaical.现J.
