The Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University 胡桂娟 蒋妮娜 谭明秀 谢学英 【摘要】 目的 探讨运动台签对预防妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后下深肢静脉血栓的效果。方法 将216例妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者随机分为实验组（111人）和对照组（105人）。实验组遵照运动台签形式进行运动，对照组采用科室常规的功能锻炼对患者进行运动指导。比较两组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率、临床症状及手术前后D-二聚体水平；手术后1周对患者进行了健康教育效果和满意度调查。结果 实验组术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率明显少于对照组（P0.05）；术后实验组D-二聚体水平明显低于对照（P0.05）。实验组患者健康教育效果和满意度明显高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 运动台签提示能有效预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成，提高患者健康教育效果和满意度。 【关键词】 运动疗法； 下肢深静脉血栓； 妇科恶性肿瘤； 提示卡 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of exercise signboard health education on preventing patients undergoing gynecologic malignant surgeries from DVT. Methods Two hundred and sixteen patients undergoing gynecologic malignant surgeries were divided into experimental group (111cases) and control group (105 cases). The control group took conventional functional exercise, while patients in the experimental group were given exercise as signboard. The incidence of DVT, extent of clinic manifestation, preoperative and postoperative D dimer level and degree of satisfaction and mastery health education after operation about 1 week were compared. Results The incidence of DVT, postoperative D dimer level and degree of satisfaction and mastery health education were significantly better in the experimental group than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusions Exercise signboard health education can effectively decrease DVT incidence and improve degree of satisfaction and mastery health education. 【Keywords】exercise therapy, DVT, gynecologic malignancy, prompting card 手术是妇科恶性肿瘤主要的治疗方法，术后的妇科恶性肿瘤患者是下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis，DVT)的高危人群[1]，术后早期功能锻炼，能有效的减少DVT的发生[2]。妇科恶性肿瘤手术范围广，患者心理压力大，常规的宣教有时难达到效果，为帮助患者实现早期活动，我们选择并使用了运动台签的宣教方式，台签是指立在桌面上的标识牌，用于展示信息 1 对象与方法 1.1 研究对象 2011年1月至2012年6月在我科住院的216例宫颈癌、卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌患者，随机分实验组和对照
