We can’t ignore the potential danger around us.;9. give off: to send out (esp. a liquid, gas, or smell) e.g. The eggs were giving off a bad smell. The factory gave off much poisonous gas.;10. expose to: to uncover, so as to leave without protection (from something) e.g. Don’t expose it to the sun.
