汽车4S店经销商管理系统的设计与实施概要1.docVIP

摘 要 进入新世纪以来，我国对汽车的消费迅速增加，随之而来的是各品牌的4S店纷纷开张。面对如此巨大的市场，如何使4S店有效的管理汽车销售中的各项数据，成了各企业面临的一个重大课题。 为了解决这一问题，帮助4S店有效提高销售业绩，我们通过对多数汽车品牌4S店的实际调研，设计出了汽车4S店经销商管理系统。该系统要对买家信息、车辆信息、销售信息、售后信息、维修信息等进行存储与处理。并且对以上信息进行正确地关联，实现数据共享。 鉴于本系统的总体需求与目前主流技术情况，本文利用强大的C#语言在.NET平台上进行开发。本系统采用/S和B/S双模式混合使用架构经销商系统客户端C/S模式，服务端采用的是B/S模式SQL Server 2008。 通过对本系统的设计与实现，成功解决了4S店在处理大量复杂数据方面的难题，将以往需要人工完成的工作全部改由计算机自动执行。有效的整合了企业资源，简化了办公流程；降低了出错率；精简了员工规模；最大限度挖掘了企业的商业潜力，使卖家提高了业绩，使买家得到了优良的售后服务。 关键词：客户关系管理，C/S模式，数据共享 stract In entering in the new century, the need for cars in China has increased quickly, and follows the 4s stores of all brands open one by one. Facing this huge market, how to manage many kinds of data of car sales effectively has become a big theme to enterprises. To solve this problem and help 4s stores increase sales performance, I have done some surveys and investigations to several kinds of automobile 4s stores, and design an Automobile 4s Store Dealer Management System. This system will store and deal with the buyer, car, sales, customer service and maintenance information, correctly link the above the information and realize data sharing. Based the major demands of this system and current mainstream technology, I use C# to develop in .NET platform, the system use a structure combined by C/S and B/S modules. The seller management system’s client uses C/S module, and server uses B/S module. Five subsystems are connected to two database server (one of them is used for back up) by inner internet of the enterprise. There is a firewall set between Outer internet and inner server to protect the enterprise from hostile attacking. It uses SQLServer2000 as background database.
