浅谈我国发展绿色物流的问题与对策 摘 要 目前，国际社会一般是以物流成本占GDP 比重来衡量一个国家的物流发展水平。随着我国经济的迅猛发展和社会环保意识的提高，我国物流业的发展环境悄然改变，绿色物流已成为可持续发展的一个重要环节，它与绿色制造、绿色消费共同构成了保护环境的绿色经济循环系统。发展绿色物流不仅可以减少污染物的排放，还可以节约是社会资源，促进社会经济的发展。但绿色物流在我国刚刚兴起,人们对它的认识还非常有限,在思想观念、体制政策、基础设施建设、信息技术开发、人才培养等方面还存在着诸多的发展障碍。本文系统分析了阻碍我国绿色物流发展的各种障碍,并提出了相应的对策与建议。 关键词：绿色物流 发展障碍 发展对策 Chinas development of green logistics problems and countermeasures Abstract At present, the international community in general is the proportion of logistics costs to GDP, measuring the level of a countrys logistics development. As Chinas rapid economic development and social awareness of environmental protection, Chinas logistics industry quietly changing environment, green logistics has become an important part of sustainable development, with green manufacturing, green consumption constitute the green economy of environmental protection circulatory system. Development of Green Logistics not only reduced emissions, but also can save the community resources and promoting social and economic development. Green Logistics in China, but just the rise of knowledge in it is also very limited, in the ideological concept, system policies, infrastructure, information technology development, personnel training and so there are still many obstacles to development. This systematic analysis hindered the development of green logistics obstacles, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
