T w o kinds of nanotubes w ith different shape and com- ponent w ere found. The spectrum of EDX show ed that main ingredient of them w as Cu, Zn, Al and Si, Al, O. Most of their diameter w ere 0 ~ 50 nm, and the biggest length of them w as about 1600nm. It w as found that nanoparticles produced after mixed acid treating played important role in the process of nanotubes growth. T he role of nanoparticles and growth mechanism of nanotubes w ere primarily studied by making use of growth model and T EM photos.
