The author studing the mechanism how immigration effect the trade dual margin by analyzing the effect between the free entry condition and immigration as well as cost cutoff and immigration. Then the author use the fixed effect model to move on to empirical test for the mechanism according to dual-margin trade data of China and contries of OECD. The empirical evidence shows that immigration of China promote both intensive and extensive magin of China and contries of OECD.The immigration will also change structure of Chinas exports by pushing China to export more extensive magin products. Finally, this paper comes to conclusions and offers policy recommendations.
