作者简介：吴大广，男，1981.10，江苏阜宁人，主治医师，本科，研究方向：肿瘤学，单位：江苏省阜宁县人民医院肿瘤科，地址：江苏省阜宁县阜城镇苏州路500号阜宁县人民医院肿瘤科，邮编：224400，邮箱：fengxiemintg@163.com电话 多西他赛联合奈达铂或顺铂同步三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效观察 吴大广 (江苏省阜宁县人民医院肿瘤科 224400) 摘要 目的： 对多西他赛联合奈达铂或顺铂同步三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效和不良反应进行评价。方法： 将收治的69例组织学明确的中晚期食管癌患者随机分为两组，分别采用多西他赛联合顺铂同步三维适形放疗方案和多西他赛联合奈达铂同步三维适形放疗方案，两组患者开始化疗时即同步放疗，对两组的有效率和不良反应发生率进行比较。结果： 奈达铂组与顺铂组的有效率 分别为76.5%和68.6%，差异无统计学意义( P=0.463) ; 顺铂组的Ⅲ/Ⅳ度消化道反应发生率高于奈达铂组( 28.6% vs 5.9%，P＜0.05)；Ⅲ/Ⅳ度骨髓抑制发生率低于奈达铂组( 11.4% vs38.2%，P＜0.05)，两组比较差异均具有统计学意义。结论： 关键词 食管癌; 三维适形放疗; 多西他赛；奈达铂; 顺铂 Clinical Study on 69 Cases of Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy with Docetaxel in combination with cisplatin or nedaplatin for Advanced esophageal cancer Xie-min Feng, ( Yan‘an University Affiliated Hospital，Oncology department, Yan’an 716000，China) Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of three dimentional conformal radiation therapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy with Docetaxel and cisplatin or nedaplatin for advanced esophageal Cancer．Method 69 patients with advanced esophageal Cancer were divided randomly into two groups and treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy of Docetaxel in combination with cisplatin or nedaplatin．The efficacy and side effects were investigated． Results The efficiency of nedapiatin and cisplatin groups was 76.5% and 68.6%, respectively. There was no significant difference between two groups ( P ＞ 0.05 ) . The incidence of gastrointestinal toxicity in cisplatin group was higher than that in nedapiatin group(28.6% vs 5.9%，P＜0.05). However, the incidence of Ⅲ/Ⅳ bone marrow suppression in cisplatin group was lower than that in nedapiatin group(11.4% vs38.2%，P＜0.05)．Conclusion The efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy with Docetaxel in combination with cisplatin or nedaplatin for advanced esophageal Cancer is similar.
