Series No.446 金 属矿 山 总第446 期 Allgust 2013 METAL MINE 2013年第 8 期 采矿顶和之薇，小安公才~ ~民众地面说陷支持多研究* 胡丰李云安刘海荤邹济韬谭道远 (中国地质大学工程学院) 摘 要 主要研究计算某矿山采场顶板保护层最小安全厚度和矿山开挖的地面沉陷变形量。具体的方法是 按抗弯和抗剪2 种结构力学模型分别推导出顶板最小厚度理论计算公式，进而计算出顶板最小安全厚度;利用 All­ to CAD 建立矿山开采区精细的工程地质三维模型，利用 ANSYS 有限元软件建立数值计算模型，再导人数值模拟软 3 件 FLAC 日中进行计算，以此来模拟矿山开挖的全过程。最后，模拟得到的地面沉陷变形量满足规范要求。 关键词矿山开挖数值模拟顶板保护层厚度稳定性 Study of Minimum Safe Thickness and Ground Subsidence Deformation of the Stope Roof Hu Feng Li Yunán Liu Haiáo Zou Jitao Tan Daoyuan (Engineering College , China University 01 Geosciences) Abstract lt is mainly discllssed that the minimllm safe thicknes8 of the stope roof and the grollnd sllbsidence deform- ation during mine excavation. The concrete method is deducing the theoretical calculation formula of minimum thickness of the stope r∞，f according to the bending and shearing structllral mechanics model respectively 80 as to gain the minimum safe thickness; A detailed engineering geological 3d model for mining concessions is built by using Auto CAD , and next a nu- merical calculation model is established by llsing ANSYS finite element software ,following by importing it to numerical sim- 3D ulation software FLAC for calculation. By this method ,the whole process of mine excavation can be simulated. Finally ,the ground sllbsidence deformation obtained by simulation satisfies the specification requirements.
