开发区产业集聚及产—城融合研究 ——以乐清市为例 The Research on the Industrial Agglomeration in Development Areas and the Integration of Urban Area and Industrial Space ：A Case of Yueqing 陈鸿 1,2 \CHENG Hong，刘辉 3\LIU Hui ，张俐 2 \ZHANG Li，王洁新 2 \WANG Jiexin （1. 中国城市科学研究会小城镇研究中心，北京，100831；2. 城市科学规划设计研究院，北京，100831；3. 首都师范大学资源环 境与旅游学院，北京，100048 ） 【摘　要】国家开发区多以“一区多园”空间布局及形态组织。在新型城镇化、新型工业化、信息化、农业现代化和服务产业化 等融合发展背景下，研究以乐清市产业园区为例，通过 GIS 空间网络和 UCINET 社会关系网络的技术手段，研究区域内产业园区 的集聚形态→园区间联系→园区建设的空间效应（产—城融合）。结论如下：①乐清市开发区内各园区的产业集聚水平存在较大 差异，集聚形态以串珠型、组团型、条带型、V 字形等空间形态为主。②各产业集聚区两两联系强度差异性较大，其中产业链条 上的联系弥补了时空距离联系的相对松散性。时空联系中联系紧密程度决定于道路等级而不是道路密度。③从产—城融合阶段来看， 6 大集聚区处于不同的产—城融合阶段和融合模式。 【关键词】产业集聚 ；关联性；产—城融合 【中图分类号】F291 【文献标识码】A ent zones is often in the form of “ 【Abstract】The spatial layout of national-level developm one zone with several industrial parks”. At the context of new urbanization, new industrialization, informatization, agricultural modernization and service industrialization, this study is conducted to find out spatial layout of industrial agglomeration, connections between industrial parks and integration of urban area and industrial space by using GIS and UCINET, based on a case study of Yueqing industrial zone. The conclusion is: there is a big difference between the industrial parks in Yueqing industrial zone in terms of industrial agglomeration. Industrial agglomeration is mainly in the form of beads type, cluster type, belt type, and “V” type. The strength of connection between every two industrial parks is different. The strength of industrial chain connection is higher than time-space connection. Road grade rather than road network density defines the strength of time- space connection. The six industrial agglomeration parks of Yueqing are at different stages of urban and industrial integration. 【Key word】Industrial Agglomeration; Connection;Integration of Urban Area and Ind
