专题研究  我国石油天然气管材再制造发展战略研究 DOI 10.15302/J-SSCAE-2017.03.010 我国石油天然气管材再制造发展战略研究 “我国石油天然气管道再制造发展战略研究”课题组 摘要：管材作为石油天然气勘探、开采、运输的重要材料，由于腐蚀、磨损、结垢造成的管材失效，而被大量废弃，在油田 堆积如山，造成了巨大的资源浪费和环境污染。本文分析石油天然气废旧管材的处理现状及存在的问题，利用先进的再制造 技术对管材再制造的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益进行了论证，提出自主创新的石油天然气管材再制造产业模式及发展建 议，为我国石油天然气行业降本增效和节能减排目标的实现提供新理念、新技术，为促进石油天然气行业循环经济的建设提 供决策建议。 关键词：石油；天然气；管材；再制造 中图分类号：TE9 文献标识码：A Research on Development Strategies for the Remanufacturing of China’s Oil and Gas Pipelines The Research Group for the Research on China’s Development Strategy for Oil and Gas Pipeline Remanufacturing Abstract: Although they are an important means of prospecting, exploiting, and transporting oil and gas, many oil and gas pipelines have largely been abandoned due to tubing failure caused by corrosion, wear and tear, and scaling. Pipelines are piling up in oilfields, resulting in an enormous waste of resources, as well as environmental pollution. This paper analyzes the treatment status and existing problems of oil and gas pipelines waste. Using an advanced remanufacturing technology, it demonstrates the economic, social, and en- vironmental benefits of remanufacturing pipelines. In addition, this paper suggests an industrial mode for the remanufacturing of Chi- na’s oil and gas pipelines, and describes some development proposals to promote independent innovation. These authors present a new concept and new technology that will decrease costs and increase benefits in China’s oil and gas industry, achieve the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction, and promote the construction of a circular economy in the oil and gas industry.
