A gradient correction dow n-scaling model obtained can eff ectiv ely rectify t he slope statistical values in the hill and g ully area of the loess plateau, which is of g reat sig nificance in enacting relat ed standards in the fields of both soil erosio n moni- toring and soil conserv atio n.
