研究报告 Research Report 摘 要　本研究将例患者。。对比水平, 结果发现(p0.05)；且手术六个月后的LSaO2显著高于手术前，差异具有统计学意义(p0.05)。提示。 关键词　, 低温射频消融术, 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征, 临床疗效 Digital X-ray Indexes on the Evaluation of The Clinical Effect of Temperature-controlled Radiofrequency Ablation in the Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome * * Abstract　In this study,cases of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were chosen as observation group.100 cases of healthy subjects were as control group.Observation group were treated by low temperature radiofrequency ablation.After contrasting the levels of digital X-ray related indicators of cranial pharynx ministry in control group and observation group before operation,we found that there were no significant differences between the two groups of SNA,SNB,SPL,SPT,V-LPW and H-MP levels (p0.05). But the NA/PA、ANB、U-MPW、PNS-R、PAS and H-CVP of observation group were all higher than those of control group.The differences were statistically significant (p0.05). And there were no significant differences in observation group of NA/PA and PNS-R levels before and after operation(p0.05).But the levels of ANB,U-MPW,PAS and H-CVP on one month after operation were obviously lower than before operation(p0.05).After contrasting sleep-related indicators in observation group before and after operation,we found that the longest time of apnea and AHI on six months after operation were obviously lower than before operation(p0.05).And the LSaO2 on six months after operation was significantly higher than before operation(p0.05). In conclusion,digital X-ray related indicators of cranial pharynx ministry can evaluate the alterative extent of air passage pathology and the morphological changes of surrounding organs.And the changes of ANB、U-MPW、PAS and H-CVP indexes of digital X-ray can better evaluate the clinical effect of temperature-controlled radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.They can be clinical referenti
