It requires the ability to create. These capabilities enable organizations to exhibit optimum status in operations that require intensive collaboration with processes, personnel, and technology. These capabilities stem from a clear strategy and will produce significant results. All capabilities are made up of the following five components: Flow processes (such as how work is done and where it is done) ? personnel (responsibilities, skills, behaviors, positions, roles, motivators, corporate culture) Strategy and customer (e.g., differentiation factors, financial drivers, contacts) ? technologies (e.g., applications, information, hardware, networking, technology infrastructure) Assessment and performance (e.g. financial evaluation, customer assessment, operational evaluation) Structure flow: 7 re Innovation does not happen automatically. Certain structures in an organization can contribute to innovation when it is most needed. The spark of innovation comes from the following 7 re. Reconsider: the first re is concerned with the assumptions behind the corporate process. Why do things have to be done like that? The key is to challenge the status quo. When you reconsider a process, you should first make sure that you are at the root of the problem. There are many potential causes of such diseases as weak sales and high inventories. Next, make sure that the way things are handled in the company is always the same because of its constant tradition. Once the cause has been identified, you can challenge it. Regroup: analyze the tasks in an organization, see how they are done in different ways, and how they produce similar results. The aim is to find new answers to questions that begin with what.
