It has characters of good num erical stab ility and conven ience for u sers. It can efficien tly solve p rob lem s in science and engineering such a s num erical linear hyp ercomp lex system , digital app roxim ation, op tim ization, num erical quadrature. The p ap er discu sed the app lication of MA TLAB in chem ical engineering calcu lation, by exemp lifying three calcu lating. The resu lt showed that it is h igh efficiency and conven ience for u sers in MA TLAB environm en t.
