On the basis of introducing the main goals and design principles of the system, the calculation model and the language model of the system are emphasized. Introduction The research of Machine Translation in China has made great progress in recent years. Especially the development of English Chinese Machine Translation system has achieved great success, and reached a preliminary practical stage. Comparatively speaking, the study of Chinese English and Machine Translation is slow, and there is still a considerable distance from the practical [1]. Our purpose is to construct a preliminary and practical Chinese English Machine Translation system by using the latest computer software technology, relatively mature Machine Translation method and advanced Chinese grammar theory. This article will give a general introduction to the computational model and language model adopted by our developed system, without involving too many details.
