The guiding principle and the semantic classification system to set the semantic project was introduced, and the specific of 40000 Chinese content words through the semantic classification and semantic collocation description of the nature. In addition, some examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of introducing semantic processing mechanism in Chinese English Machine Translation. Preface Machine Translation in the Chinese and English, introducing semantic processing mechanism of at least two significant effects: (1) helps to get the correct syntactic structure of a sentence; (2) the conversion in translation can be carried out at the semantic level. The first is actually able to use semantic information to exclude some ambiguity in syntactic structure, improve the quality of the source language analysis; after one is using semantic information, select the appropriate translation method in different translation results, improve the quality of the target language generation.
