大庆油田钻采设备管理及修复技术进展 王玉普 刘合 刘长奎 鲁明延 刘明珍 ( 中国大庆油田有限责任公司,大庆 163453) 摘要：大庆油田是中国最大的陆上油田，至今已经有近50 年的开发历史。随着油田生产规模的不断扩大， 油田开发程度不断深入，设备总量也逐年扩大。仅每年因更换废旧机采设备一项，即需增加生产投入10.7 亿元。通过多年的技术攻关，大庆油田已形成一套钻采设备全过程管理办法和一系列设备修复技术，年可 节约成本5 亿元，产生了重大的社会效益和经济效益。本文系统介绍了大庆油田钻采设备修复技术的研究 背景，通过对提高设备管理水平和采用先进的修复技术两个方面，详细介绍了大庆油田在设备管理和钻采 设备修复技术方面开展的具体做法。其中，重点对设备全过程管理，和钻采关键设备修复技术作了详细说 明，并对今后钻采设备修复技术的发展方向进行了评价和展望。 关键词：大庆油田、钻采设备、修复、再制造、可持续发展 THE DEVELOPMENT OF DRILLING PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT AND REPAIRING TECHINQUES IN DAQING OILFILED Wang Yupu, Liu He, Liu Changkui, Lu Mingyan, Liu Mingzhen (Daqing Oifield Co.,Ltd.) Abstract: As the largest continental oilfield of China, Daqing Oilfield has been developed for nearly 50 years. With the development of the oilfield enhanced, the total quantity of equipments in drilling and production has reached to a large size and it still increased yearly in a higher rate. As the result, the company has to spend a lot in the repairing and updating of equipments. For example, only the replacement of artificial lifting equipments would cost ￥1.07 billion. In the past tens years, the company devoted into the improvement of equipment scientific management and recycling manufacturing techniques. After years of study, a set of management methodology was created and a series of repairing techniques were developed. This paper presented the practices of the company both in the equipment management and repairing techniques. The life-cycle management methodology and the special repairing techniques for drilling and production equipments were presented in detailed.
