2008年第 12期总第 275 锅炉多路风压风速监测仪的设计与应用 杨 飞，惠 晶 (江南大学 电气自动化研究所 江苏 无锡 214122) 摘 要：介绍燃煤锅炉多路风压风速数字监测仪，该仪表是以微处理器89C52单片机为核心的多路信号数字采集监测 系统。仪表外部接口通过热电阻、差压仪表进行温度、压力检测，实现对工业燃煤锅炉多路风压、风速、温度的实时采集、实 时测量、显示与报警。热电阻接成三线制形式，消除阻值漂移和导线电阻的影响，实现阻抗自动补偿。输出的电流信号经模 拟开关进行采样，并转换成电压信号，经信号放大后送入 A／D转换器，最后通过CPU处理后，输出风速、风压、相应通道编 号等。 关键词：燃煤锅炉；多路监测；风压；风速；数字仪表 中图分类号：TP274 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1004～373X(2008)12一O57一O4 Application and Design of Measuring Breeze Press and Speed with Various Channels for Boiler YANG Fei，HUI Jing (Institute of Electric Automation，Jiangnan University，Wuxi，214122，China) Abstract：The application and design of measuring breeze press and speed with various channels in coal—burning boiler are introduced mainly in this paper．Micropr0cessor 89C52 is the core of the meter，which makes a part of the multi—channel signal and data acquisition system．It measures the temperature and pressure with the help of resistance thermometer sensor and dif— ferential manometer，which realizes real—time collection，measurement，display and warning of the multi—channel wind pres— sure，wind speed and temperature of the industria1 boiler．Resistance thermometer sensor connected in the form of three wire systems can eliminate the effect of resistance drift and resistance of wire，and make the automatic compensator of impedance come true．Output current is transfomled into voltage signal via sampled by analog switch．Then，the amplified voltage signal is carried to A／D．Finally，it shows the wind speed，wind pressure and channel number after the processing of CPU． Keywords：coal—burning boiler：various channels measure；breeze press；wind velocity；digital meter 较分析的需要。本设计采用低成本的单片
