我国动漫产业存在的问题及应对策略的综述 公共事业管理专业学生??? 贺昱 指导教师 　 李明 摘要：动漫产业是21世纪的新兴产业、朝阳产业，具有消费群体广，市场需求大，产品生命周期长等特点。然而，我国动漫产业发展仍存在很多问题。本文从我国动漫市场的现状出发，综合研究了2005年至2008年有关动漫产业问题与对策的文献。从四个主要方面整理归纳，首先，介绍了学者对动漫及动漫产业的相关概念的一些权威界定；其次，总结了我国动漫产业的发展状况；再次，针对我国动漫产业存在问题的关键点进行了综述，总结出政策环境、产业链发展、动漫原创力、动漫人才等几个具有代表性的问题并提出自己的看法；最后，根据有关文献归纳了解决我国动漫产业问题的具体措施。 关键词：动漫产业；产业链；原创性；知识产权保护? LI Ming Abstract: Animation industry is a whole new industry in 21st century, which is a very beginning industry with wide consumer groups, large market requirements and long life cycle. But there are many problems exist in Chinas animation industry. This paper, on the base of Chinas animation market of the status quo, is for the comprehensive study of the literature and countermeasures that related to the cartoon industrys problems and solutions from 2005 to 2008. Finishing in four main areas, first of all, introduced the defining of some relevant authority of the scholars for the animation and cartoon industry, secondly, summed up development situation of Chinas cartoon industry, third, aggregate the key points of the problem that exists in Chinas animation industry, summed up the policy environment, industry chain development, animation creativity, animation talent, and several other representative problem, and put forward the views of myself, finally, summarized the measures to solve the problem of Chinas cartoon industry in accordance with the relevant literature. Key words: Animation industry；Industrial chain；Originality；Protection of intellectual property ????自上世纪80年代的动漫繁荣时期，我国就有了数量可观的对动漫产业发展的研究。总体说来，尽管对发展我国动漫产业面临的问题与应对策略的观点百花齐放，但研究多、杂，而不精，有欠深入、系统，不能上升到理论高度，没有形成一致的观点。小型的学术论文居多，专著甚少。我国的动漫产业还正处于起步阶段，探索适应新时期的优秀作品不断涌现，并呈现出较好的发展势头。但同时，作为一个新兴产业，在发展过程中难免遇到诸多问题。因此，我们应该以实际出发，着眼于我国动漫产业长期健康的发展，借鉴国外先进动漫产业发展模式和经验，运用创意产业发展理论，认真分析我国动漫产业发展中的若干问题，探索符合加快我国动漫产业发展的途径，使我国动漫产业尽快成长起来。 ??一、动漫与动漫产业的
