Career development, also called career planning and career, began in 1960s and was introduced into China from Europe and America in the middle of 90s. The earliest study of career system was professor of mercy at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Career refers to a persons work experience throughout his life, especially his career, job change and the realization of his job ideal. Career development is an important activity in human resource management. It is closely related to job analysis, human resource planning, recruitment and selection, performance evaluation and training.
The composition of career planning and development system
I. organization system.
