酒精所致精神障碍69例脑电地形图研究【摘要】 目的 了解酒精所致精神障碍患者的脑电地形图特点。方法 对我院2006年1月至2008年12月确诊为酒精所致精神障碍的69例患者的脑电地形图(BEAM)结果进行统计、分析。将伴有人格改变、震颤谵妄、中毒性脑病及癫痫发作者共36例作为脑器质性异常组;其余33例作为功能性异常组。结果 BEAM的异常特征:69例中慢波型19例(27.5%);快波型11例(15.9%);混合型5例(7.2%);低功率2例(2.9%)。功能性异常组与脑器质性异常组BEAM的比较,功能性异常组33例,BEAM异常者14例(42.4%);脑器质性异常组36例,BEAM异常者23例(63.9%)。两组比较有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论 69例酒精所致精神障碍中BEAM异常率为53.6%,明显高于EEG的异常率19.4%。BEAM可作为酒精所致精神障碍患者辅助诊断的一个敏感指标,可用来评价酒中毒的严重程度。 【关键词】 酒精所致精神障碍;脑电地形图 69 cases electroencephalogram analysis in alcohol-induced mental disorders LU Wei,CHENG Xiao-jun,TAO Zhi-ping.Neuro-psychiatric hospital in Jilin Province 136000,China 【Abstract】 Objective To understand the characteristics of alcohol-induced mental disorders by brain electrical activity mapping(BEAM).Methods Statistical analysis was applied in 69 patients? BEAM diagnosed with mental disorders due to alcohol from January 2006 to December 2008.36 cases as organic abnormal group,including the patients accompanied with personality changes,oinomania,toxic encephalopathy and seizures.The remaining were 33 cases as functional abnormal group.Results BEAM abnormal features:69 cases of slow-wave type in 19 cases(27.5%);fast wave type in 11 cases(15.9%);mixed type in 5 cases(7.2%);low-power in 2 cases(2.9%).Compared between functional and organic abnormal group by BEAM,33 cases of functional abnormal group,BEAM abnormal in 14 cases(42.4%);36 cases of brain organic abnormal group,BEAM abnormal in 23 cases(63.9%).Comparing the two groups was significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion The BEAM abnormal rate was 53.6%in 69 cases alcohol-induced mental disorder,significantly higher than the rate of 19.4%of the abnormal EEG.BEAM can be used as a sensitive indicator in the diagnosis of alcohol-induced mental disorder patients and to evaluate the severity of alcohol poisoning. 【Key words】 Alcohol; Mental disorder;BEAM 随着社会的发展,酒精饮料品种的增多,消费量也不断的增长,急、慢性酒中毒造成对人体和社会的危害也不断的增加。酒精是一种亲神经性物质,长期大量饮酒可导致酒依赖和酒精所致精神障碍,给现代社会带来了许多问题,已引起许多国家和公众的关注。现将我院200
