第 2 卷第 2-4 期 现 代 林 业 Vol.2, No.2-4 2008 年 12 月 JOURNAL OF MODERN FORESTRY Dec., 2008 北京西山国家森林公园风景资源的挖掘和提升 周荣伍 赵东波 董向忠 马润国 刘海龙 （北京市西山试验林场 ，北京 100093 ） 摘 要：为了充分挖掘和提升北京西山国家森林公园的风景资源价值，更好的指导今后的规划和建 设。该文通过从景区划分、森林景观资源保护和利用、水景资源开发和利用、道路和交通系统的建 设和完善、森林景观文化品味的恢复和提升等五 5 个方面的详细论述，分析了风景资源价值挖掘和 提升的方法，明确了发展思路。认为随着北京西山国家森林公园风景资源的充分挖掘和价值的进一 步提升，其作为距北京城区最近的森林公园将充分发挥独有的生态效应、景观效应、文化效应，更 好地服务于北京城市的发展和北京市民日益增长的休闲、娱乐、文化、教育等各项需求。 关键词：北京西山，森林公园，风景资源，挖掘，提升 Discovering and Upgrading of Beijing Xishan Mountain National Forest Park Landscape Resources Zhou Rongwu Zhao Dongbo Dong Xiangzhong Ma Runguo Liu Hailong (Beijing Xishan Mountain Forest Farm, Beijing 100093) Abstract ：In order to discover and upgrade Beijing Xishan Mountain National Forest Park’s high sight value and direct us to programming and construct in future, it was given detailed discussion in 5 aspects, landscape partition, protection and utilization of forest sight resources, development and utilization of water sight resources, construction and improvement of roads and traffic systems, and restoration and upgrading of forest sight culture enjoying. Then it was analyzed that the ways of value discovering and upgrading of landscape resources. The development thinking was also been confirmed. At last an opinion was given that Beijing Xishan Mountain National Forest Park will fully bring its particular ecological effect, sight effect and culture effect into play with sufficiently discovering and upgrading its lands
