博乐市2010年手足口病疫情监测研究【摘要】目的：探讨手足口病流行病学特点和预防控制措施。方法：选择博乐市各综合医院2010年手足口病例进行流行病学调查，结合针对手足口病所采取的措施,观察采取措施后的结果，发现手足口病的流行规律,完善手足口病的监测手段。 结果：手足口病发病年龄主要为1~5岁儿童，以幼托儿童为主；发病多在5~7月，6月为高峰期；发病主要集中在市区；传播途径主要以肠道传播，其次为呼吸道传播。 结论：手足口病目前暂无疫苗可以预防，要做好手足口病的防控，首要的任务是做好手足口病的监测工作，宣传手足口病的防控知识，尤其是加强幼托机构的卫生防控指导。 【关键词】手足口病；发病率；疫情分析 BoLeShi 2010 hand-foot-and-mouth an monitoring and analysis MengJianxiu SongXiaolin 【Abstract】Goal: Discussion hand and foot stomatopathy epidemiology characteristic and anticipatory control measure.
